Clean Today provides professional cleaning services including water tank cleaning, building glass cleaning, sofa cleaning, carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning, house cleaning, and pigeon net installation across Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, New Chandigarh, and nearby areas.
Booking & Quotes
- Quotes provided over phone, WhatsApp, or through our website are estimates based on the information you share and may be revised after an on-site assessment.
- Bookings are confirmed once you provide the required details (name, contact number, address, and service required).
- Service timing may vary based on availability, location, and job size.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delays.
- Ensure our team has access to the area/tank/surface that needs cleaning at the scheduled time.
- Inform us in advance of any specific material, surface, or access-related concerns (e.g. fragile items, high-rise access, water supply).
Payments
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, as applicable. Any additional work beyond the originally agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be discussed with you beforehand.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a booking by contacting us in advance by phone or WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.
Limitation of Liability
While we take utmost care in delivering our services using trained staff and appropriate equipment, Clean Today shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from factors beyond our reasonable control. Any concerns about service quality should be reported to us promptly so we can address them.
